OVERCOMING RELATIONSHIP AND CAREER CHALLENGES
MY STORY
Born and raised in Paris, I pursued an academic trajectory centred on human dynamics and clinical theory, studying languages, communication, and human sciences at La Sorbonne alongside clinical psychology at Paris 8. My foundational work in linguistics established a core analytical principle that still drives my practice today: looking beyond surface-level narrative to map underlying frameworks, cultural contexts, and the implicit rules that shape human perception.
This academic background cultivated a holistic, highly observational lens—one sharply attuned to the invisible systemic forces and relational dynamics that govern choices, behaviour, and life trajectories.
Before dedicating my practice to systemic therapy and professional guidance, my career spanned roles as a translator, interpreter, executive trainer, and academic lecturer across diverse environments in France and internationally. This international breadth sharpened my diagnostic capacity, allowing me to swiftly assess complex human environments, identify leverage points, and adapt intervention strategies to intricate organisational and personal ecosystems.
I specialised in systemic and strategic therapy through the Palo Alto approach. The power of this methodology lies in its rigorous operational logic: human difficulties do not exist in a vacuum, nor are they inherent flaws within the individual. Problems are maintained by recurrent interactional patterns and feedback loops within a specific system. Sustainable resolution requires intervening directly in these relational dynamics.
Today, I work with individuals—professionals, executives, and private clients—navigating critical points of transition, vicious cycles, or strategic repositioning. My practice focuses on decoding interactional loops, identifying the mechanisms that perpetuate a standstill, and designing targeted, strategic interventions that disrupt unhelpful patterns.
My practice blends analytical structure with pragmatic execution and deep clinical sensitivity. The objective is never merely insight, but actionable, structural transformation—achieving sustainable change while safeguarding the functional equilibrium of each individual and their ecosystem.
